Projects Administrative Assistant: Ensure Fair Housing, Section 42 Tax Credit and/or HUD Section 8 Program compliance. Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and provide information to prospective residents. Serve as POC for incoming projects visitors, tenants, applicants and accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all program requirements and lease-related paperwork. Remain updated on changes to affordable housing regulations and requirements. Greet visitors, monitor incoming traffic, qualify prospects, process applications, prepare lease agreements/renewals, identify households with income reporting discrepancies and capable of answering community and tenant related questions.
Determine eligibility for occupancy in accordance with all program guidelines.
